Attorney Sanjay Mathur Successfully Handles Complex Removal Case

During the trial, new evidence surfaced and indicated that client had been arrested for two accounts of marijuana possession as a minor. This evidence had not shown up on the client’s background check. Attorney Mathur argued that the prior arrests did not disqualify him from relief, and the court agreed. After hearing testimony from the client and his wife, the court stopped the hearing and cancelled the removal proceedings. According to the judge, Attorney Mathur is responsible for the successful outcome of the case. The judge said that the case was “one of the thousand cases where the lawyer really makes the difference.”
