Palm Coast Associate Wins LeadingRE Performance Summit Trip

Feb. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- PALM COAST, Fla. –  Bob Johanson of Watson Realty Corp.™ Palm Coast office is the recipient of a grand prize won during a recent company-wide sales incentive program. The prize includes airfare and conference package to attend the annual Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE) Performance Summit in Las Vegas Nevada Feb 24-26.

The LeadingRE Summit welcomes Realtors® representing elite brokerage firms across the globe. The Summit is now open for the first time to sales associates and is considered a great training opportunity for associates at all levels of sales. Scheduled workshop speakers include Pulitzer Prize-winning author Dave Barry and television personality and author Joan Lunden. Additional speakers will include noteworthy real estate leaders on topics from social media and marketing to mortgage and finance.

Mr. Johanson looks forward to the Summit to gain further training in the luxury market. “I’ll be gaining insight into high-end consumer motivations and luxury lifestyle trends that can be immediately applied to our Flagler County market,” Mr. Johanson said.

Mr. Johanson sees great things for 2013 as numbers show a positive trend in the Flagler County housing market. Bob Johanson and his wife, Barbara, make up the Johanson Team. The Team had already reached the same sales numbers by the end of July 2012 that they had in all 2011 when they were multi-million dollar producers; they expect to see an even greater year in 2013.
