This customized profile roll forming machine,customized sheet roll forming machine is mainly used to roll forming or bend the above profiles for our client in Netherland.The customized profile roll forming machine can handle with materials with different widths and make different patterns according to requirements by changing different rollers.The customized profile roll forming machine is equipped with 2*12 roller stations. When making simple profiles, some roller stations not required will be lifted. Working Process of the sheet is:after connecting the electrical wires, the cutted materials or the cutted sheets which are roll formed by the profiling line will be put into the customized profile roll forming machine to make one edge of the sheets; then turn on the switch on the machine, the machine will start to run, and the rotated rollers will take the sheets into thecustomized profile roll forming machine. After finish one side, the other side of the sheets will be done;After bending, there are runout tables,the products will be packed by workers.
