We equiped a hydraulic uncoiler for this aluminum sheet profile roll forming machine line.The raw material coil is loaded onto the unwinder which is hydraulic, with coil car. After uncoiling, the coil goes to the feeding table, then go to the pinch roller unit by feeding guide. There are 1 pair pinch rollers to straighten the materials before enter thealuminum sheet profile roll forming machine.Then the coil goes to the cut unit. The hydraulic cutting will automatically cut according to the length and quantities that customers set in the computer conrol box which is to control the whole running of the aluminum sheet profile roll forming machine.After cutting, it comes to the roller forming unit. This unit can handle with materials with different widths and make different patterns according to requirements by changing different rollers. The aluminum sheet profile roll forming machine is equipped with 2 roller stations. When making simple profiles, some roller stations not required will be lifted.
