Lakewood, Co (January 23, 2013) 2012 presented amazing challenges for  Solve IT, an information technology company in Lakewood, CO, as they were faced with a new dilemma.  Their small suite was filling up.  In the early part of the year, this seemed easy to remedy.  They added a few cubicles and shifted people around to make more room.  The sales team moved into what used to be a storage closet.  Managers lost or had to share their offices.  Even the President gave up his corner office, which would be a turned into conference room.  They accomplished what was needed and accommodated everyone.  A few jokes were tossed around about sales being stuffed in the tiny closet, and remote support looking like gophers, but, everyone had a place.  However, this rapid growth didn’t stop there.  Within a couple months, a few more cubes had to be added and things were a little tighter.  They could make it.  But, in August, more people came on board which resulted in monthly meetings where people were shoulder to shoulder, even spilling into the hallway.  While this was fun, and caused talk of clown cars it became obvious that it was time to make a move.  Solve IT had outgrown the space, a problem they were happy to have.

A 2719 square foot suite was available upstairs from them and would almost double the space they currently had.  The renovation was quickly completed and in late December, Solve IT moved into their new home.  A round of applause sounded at the January 2, 2013 meeting as the team comfortably gathered in the new conference room for the first time.  By the January 16th meeting, the office was furnished and looking good.  Today, there are still more cubes and chairs on order and expected by the first of February.  Solve IT is prepared for more growth in 2013, which is certain to happen.
