The Wise Guide reaches customers in Bonner & Boundary Counties, Canada*, and the bordering communities in Montana and Washington. The Kootenai County edition reaches residents in Benewah & Shoshone counties as well. The Wise Guide is placed where locals go: grocery stores, libraries, feed stores, breakfast spots, gas stations, local businesses and advertisers hand them out too!

*On average, 600 cars a day come through the border at Canada, seeking goods and services in our region. The Wise Guide is distributed at the border in Port Hill.

Circulation:
12,000 copies are published twice a year, in May & October in the Bonner/Boundary region with an additional 12,000 in the region of Kootenai County presently (48,000 annually).

The Wise Guide pricing structure is within reach of small business owners. Many of our local businesses are sole proprietorships. We work with you as our advertisers to help promote your business effectively and within your budget.

Advertising:
Advertisers have the option of being in the Bonner/Boundary Counties edition; the Kootenai edition; OR Both.  Two editions allow advertisers the option of reaching all or part of our region, depending upon the area served, while maintaining the sense of “local” which is key to the continued success and popularity of The Wise Guide among advertisers and the public.

The Wise Guide is a semi-annual magazine highlighting health and wellness services in the Northern Panhandle of Idaho. This magazine contains informative articles and an explanatory directory of services pertaining to concerns of adults taking care of themselves, aging parents, grandparents, their own children and grandchildren. Two editions are now available, one serving the residents and neighboring communities of Idaho’s Bonner & Boundary Counties and a second edition, beginning May 2013 serving the Kootenai, Shoshone and Benewah counties’ residents. The Wise Guide is all about helping families understand topics relevant to

various aspects of life that are essential to their health and well-being.  We connect the dots,
 providing a resource tool to be used “if and when” it’s needed.
