Indonesian e-commerce analyst, Aria Rajasa said that businessmen who want to plunge into the world of e-commerce should pay attention to consumer confidence and product quality, E-commerce is a service business where customer trust is an important aspect. In addition, e-commerce businessmen should always pay attention to product quality. E-commerce is not the magic where anything goes automatically to the success, because e-commerce business requires a very hard work.
