Mark Fetzer Earns Community Association Manager License

Jan. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- Mark Fetzer, Broker and General Manager at Core 3 Property Management, has recently earned his Community Association Manager's license.  This license is required for 3rd party companies to manage condominium and homeowner associations in Illinois.  Beginning October 1, 2012 all Community Association Managers were required to be licensed in the State of Illinois.  According to the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation a Community Association Managers is any individual who administers for remuneration the financial, administrative, maintenance, or other duties for the community association, including the following services:

• Collecting, controlling or disbursing funds of the community association or having the authority to do so;  
• Preparing budgets or other financial documents for the community association;  
• Assisting in the conduct of community association meetings;  
• Maintaining association records; and  
• Administrating association contracts, as stated in the declaration, bylaws, proprietary lease, declaration of covenants, or other
governing document of the community association.
