Orlando Venom Basketball Team Forms Strategic Partnership with NBA Basketball Player Chris Single

Jan. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Orlando, Fl-The  Orlando Venom  CO-President Marco Golding, announced today their strategic partnership with NBA player Chris Singleton and his foundation the L.E.A.G.U.E http://league-foundation.org/ for the 2013 year.  The Venom, a squad made up almost exclusively of rising juniors playing against seniors, went 8-0 and outlasted Rens/Riverside of New Jersey 62-55 in overtime to win the title at Disney's ESPN Wide World of Sports. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vGxi2Z7FL0 .  Chris Singleton and the L.E.A.G.U.E. will provide enhanced opportunities for Venom players both on and off the court.

The youth program that supports the  Orlando Venom team has become an integral ingredient within the fabric of the Orlando community.  The  team has provided programs and resources that have enhanced the community and have made an impact on the students that participate.
