This double deck roll forming machine or double sheet roll forming machine was actually a heavy-duty roll forming machine because the material it handels with is 1250mm width and 0.8mm max.thickness and usaully there are 18 main stations for each deck,but the profiles customer's required not complicated, so we use 16 main stations and 2 auxiliary stations for each layer so that the finished output can be remain smooth and accurate. The advanced PLC control system,together with encoder and frequency converter,were used for this double deck roll forming machine,or double sheet roll forming machine for roll forming, measuring the length of output and cutting according to required length. Regarding chaning different profiles,nothing has to be changed except only turning a switch on the PLC control box.
