We treat bloggers from Madrid and Rome to a Desigual experience

Dec. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- A few weeks ago Desigual transformed the terrace of the Hotel ME in Madrid into a perfect Handmade workshop.  In minutes, fifteen of the best fashion bloggers in Spain discovered how to work on one of our most personal projects with their own hands. For this, we seated them around a table with a Desigual garment, a sewing basket and our handmaker from Preciados.  The idea was for the bloggers themselves to personalise the selected piece.

To stimulate their creativity, we livened the workshop up with delicious cocktails created specially by Javier de las Muelas for Desigual (http://www.facebook.com/Desigual) (secret recipe, sorry!) which carried the suggestive names of the new collection: Sex, Fun & Love. Not a drop was left!

And from Madrid, to Rome… Last Thursday 18 October we opened the Via Nazionale store in Rome in the presence of 17 Italian bloggers. The Desigual blog (http://blog.desigual.com/en/) contains all the photos of the grand opening… At 8 pm they arrived in the store to enjoy good music, a make-up session, catering, gifts and a very festive atmosphere. The activity we organised for the occasion involved creating an original outfit from the Rainbow collection based on different concepts (rock, night, etc.).

Both actions became live online competitions where fans of Desigual and followers of each blogger could vote for the best customised garment or the best Desigual outfit... The winner in Madrid was La chica del pastel, for her personalisation of a pair of denim shorts, whilst the winner in Rome was Valeria Biondi.
