Encasement's Circa Casings give a 'trim' solution at Slimming World

Dec. 21, 2012 - PRLog -- Circa pre-formed plywood column casings have been supplied and installed by Encasement to provide a decorative corporate finish and conceal existing structural columns at a new office and conference suite at Slimming World in Derbyshire.

The new facility was developed from an existing stock and dispatch building, which was reconfigured and re-fitted to an exceptionally high standard, enabling Slimming World to increase office space as well as undertaking more on-site training for its 250 head office staff and its 3,500 consultants.

Throughout the interior of the building, the design strongly reflects the company’s red and black corporate colour scheme, which is carried through into the conference centre, reception foyer and washrooms, as well as Encasement’s column casings.

The 500mm diameter casings stand 2700mm high and are finished in a Polyrey R001 ‘Rouge Mephisto’ red with contrasting vertical and horizontal joint detail to provide a striking feature to the interior of the new office area.

Encasement’s Managing Director, Martin Taylor, explained: “Slimming World had a really clear idea of the colour scheme as they not only wanted to reflect the corporate theme, but use it to make a dramatic and stylish statement within the new office area, which has worked extremely well.”
