According to Mistele, every rowhome sold has had extensive personalized customization.  “Buyers have customized their homes in a variety of ways, from a private elevator that can be installed now or planned for future use, bay windows, custom trim work and cabinetry, to walk-in showers.  One relocated their kitchen by moving it to the center from the back of their home,” she said.
