-- Deborah Arsenault is the senior manager of the HR process group for Schneider Electric. As a global specialist in energy management with operations in more than 100 countries, the Company offers integrated solutions to make energy safe, reliable, efficient, productive, and green across multiple market segments. The Group has leadership positions in energy and infrastructure, industrial processes, building automation, and data centers/networks, as well as a broad presence in residential applications. Deborah is a seasoned human resources executive with comprehensive knowledge of all organizational HR functions. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, she served as the associate director of human resources for Bell Canada, where she was responsible for change management, employee relations, department re-branding efforts, and compensation & benefits administration. Deborah also gained invaluable experience as a human resources manager for GT 360 Networks, associate director of human resources for Bell Canada, payroll and HRIS consultant for GT Group Telecom, and director of human resources for Club Monaco Corporation and Ultacare Management. Deborah is highly respected by colleagues for her knowledge, ambition, and astute leadership, and attributes her success to hard work, tenacity, and effective networking, negotiation, and communication skills. She also advocates the value of a firm educational foundation. Deborah obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration and was later awarded CHRP, CPM, CEBS, and PMP designations. Strongly committed to altruistic endeavors, she maintains an active profile within the community and supports a number of non-profit organizations. In her spare time, Deborah enjoys reading, travel, and the company of friends and family.
