Blue at the Topaz Launches New Menu After 10 Years
While closed for 14 days to remodel, Blue at the Topaz launched extensive changes to their menu for the first time after 10 years in business.
Flagler Beach, FL – Blue at the Topaz is excited to launch a new menu for the first time after 10 years in business.
The restaurant was closed for remodeling for 14 days and took the opportunity to revamp the menu.
“We’ve added and removed menu items over the years, but nothing to this extent,” said co-owner of Blue, Kelli O’Reilly. “We have had great feedback from everyone about the remodel and new menu items,” O’Reilly added.
Some of the new menu items include Sautéed Mussels, Surf & Turf Quesadilla’s, Lobster Mac & Cheese, Braised Beef Short Ribs, Seafood Paella, Gluten Free Veggie Lasagna, and a popular Vegan Veggie Stir Fry.
They have kept many of their customer’s favorites such as the Hawaiian Ribeye Steak, Wasibi Salmon, Blacked Sea Scallop Salad, Stuffed Chicken Breast and Clams Casino.
Blue at the Topaz has been serving locals and visitors alike for over 10 years. Visitors enjoy cool ocean breezes on the Victorian wraparound porch or the indoor elegant but casual dining room.
