Card Payment Direct Donations to Habitat for Humanity And Reports Its Third Quarter 2012 Results

Nov. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- Card Payment Direct, a Scottsdale-based provider of merchant services and electronic payment processing, today announced significant sales & revenue growth in the Third Quarter of 2012. When comparing the Third Quarter of 2012 (ending September 30th 2012) to the Second Quarter of 2012 (ending June 30th, 2012), new merchant acquisition grew by 13.6%, total transaction volume increased by 17.9% while company revenue decreased slightly by 6.1% due to a scheduled amendment in its income & pricing structure that took effect on July 1st, 2012 as well as a reduction in debit interchange fees.

Card Payment Direct also announced its generous corporate donation on behalf of all its employees and outside Independent Sales Agents nationwide to the Habitat for Humanity.  The donation to Habitat for Humanity will be used to help rebuild homes, neighborhoods & communities suffering from the devastation caused by Hurricane Sandy.

Hurricane Sandy has left widespread damage along the East Coast, including the destruction of homes and neighborhoods by wind, flooding and fire. Habitat for Humanity is currently assessing the impact on affordable housing across the affected areas and will develop an appropriate response as need and available resources become clearer.
