About the Author: First-time novelist P.G. Baily of London is also a poet. Now retired, she helps animal welfare efforts in Spain. She was inspired to write Within the Gilded Cage because she has done quite a bit of research on her family tree. “I found that my family had been quite feisty and had been through some difficult times.”
