Nov. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- San Diego, CA ART SAN DIEGO 2013 returns to Balboa Park for the 5th Edition of the Fair November 7-10, 2013. Established in 2009 as the first and only Contemporary Art Fair in San Diego. ASD has grown significantly each year in attendance, sales and exhibitors presented.  The theme of ART SAN DIEGO 2013 is
