Washington, District of Columbia-It is becoming a known fact from entrepreneurs to business enterprises as many think the much-needed job programs including jobs and job training programs are not getting to those who need them the most.  Who is it worst for those getting jobs or those looking to hire employees? Then again, it may be the lack of trusted hiring job portals and job placement strategies.

Just pickup any newspaper, business magazine article, or listen to television interviews, and you will see there is a problem. The problem is in the high unemployment rate, loss of jobs in the job market, lack of qualified job candidates that is buzzing everywhere and is a lack of resources some think including K.R.’s Processing Incorporated’s president, Kathy Allen.  For those who can find it, it is a solution for those in the Maryland (Southern MD), District of Columbia, and Virginia (Northern VA) area, MD-DC-VA, is bringing their job portal to market on-line this week.

Their new ‘Jobs Projects & Outsourcing’ web job portal, says the president of the company, will be one source that hirers and candidates can use for full-time and less-than full-time employment opportunities. There is a nominal fee to post and apply to the portal, ranging from $15.00 – $24 .00 for three (3) months. But, they hope sponsors, advertisers, partners, and candidates will support their efforts-- just to have a job portal like this, of their own, for posting job opportunities.

Hirers and job candidates may be going without. This is occurring in some of the very programs required and introduced by HR and job and training legislation. Is everyone looking and getting loaded by the need to fill jobs but are without strategy—just posting to every career board, for your needs and hiring satisfaction?

Will these hiring job opportunities reach those who need them? Some say they will--maybe in time, but others are not so optimistic and think we are losing in the job market, including strategically, getting on the right path, and changing the job market situation. With the lack of part-time, virtual, remote jobs or tools and people, hirers are again losing and should begin looking at different hiring strategies e.g., providing jobs with less than full-time hours.

The new job portal is at: http://jobs.internetsolutions101.com/.  The president says it may not have that ‘wow’ factor some look for, but it offers hirers and candidates a place to meet-up for hiring opportunities.  There are a couple of features with the WordPress© Job Manager software that needs fixing, for the president’s 99%-100% satisfaction, e.g., when listing jobs they all display on one page, but when viewed by job categories, this will shorten the jobs displayed.  However, the company’s president is confident the portal can be a success, and thinks its availability on the market, for use, is more important than waiting for these features.
