In a personal interview with Mr. CEO on  booming of BPO sectors in Kolkata and participation of small and mid-sized companies in the growth, he opened up his mind to answer the question. He simply said that the indication of drying out of outsourcing projects from US and some other countries have some way stooped. And the recession effects are low or nil now. So this is the time to boost up the business. Companies should try to hunt out the potential people who can take the challenges of generating revenue better than before.

Then obviously the question was - how he was planning to grip this chances? He looked very calm and quite in the answer - recruiting more people in the telecom and digital marketing. Well, it may be taken for granted that in telecom marketing (both inbound and outbound process) there is always need of executives but how is the requirements in digital marketing? Not going by details, he just told that the digital marketing services of his company encompass web design, web programming and search engine marketing (SEM). In all the section the flow of project is ever high (particularly in the SEM) as businesses are in hurry to grab the highly potential online market. So his organization is keen to train the freshers and groom the experienced people to meet the increasing demands.

The final question was somehow critical but the answer was simple! What if the flow of projects get little dry with the passage of time? For this question the answer came with a smile! He cleared his intention and said that his company is expanding its field of services and a new electronic products (Tablet PCs and Notebooks) are developed so there will be always need of more people in that department. So more job opportunity is going to be created instead.
