Nov. 1, 2012 - PRLog -- CSA Architects has taken on seven new members of staff over the last two months.  Through steady growth, the Truro based practice now employs 19 people.

Managing Director Justin Dodge explains the reasons for the recent expansion.

“CSA has seen a 99% success rate in converting planning applications to permissions over the past two years and we are building more schemes now than ever before.  Projects that have been stalled are starting to move and we are being approached for many more new commissions, due to our reputation, capabilities, added value and quality of service. It’s vital for us to expand our resources, so that we can continue to provide the best quality of service for all our projects.

I am thrilled to be in this position - employing more high quality staff shows that there is light at the end of the tunnel for the Cornish construction industry. Architects are always at the forefront of the construction process, so our recent upturn bodes well for the whole of Cornwall’s construction industry.”

Four new Architectural Assistants have joined CSA: Simon Bird from St Austell, Lynsey Smith from Penryn, George Lewis and Lawrence Sly who are both from Truro.

They work on projects at all stages of the design process  and extend CSA’s capability for the range of project types, from bespoke luxury homes to large commercial developments.

Darren Nock from Liskeard has also joined as CSA’s new Architectural Technician.  Darren complements the existing technical design team, specialising in construction detailing and building specifications for commercial and residential projects.

To support the growing team CSA have further strengthened their administrative team with the appointment of a full time personal assistant for Justin; Sarah Rowe and part-time accountant Sharon Struminski, who both live in Truro.

CSA are well-established as one of Cornwall’s leading and oldest architectural practices.  This new growth is an endorsement of their holistic, comprehensive capabilities and quality of service.  CSA is pleased to be attracting such high calibre talent to their team and these new appointments underline the multi-disciplinary strength of the practice.

CSA is an excellent example of thriving Cornish business offering the opportunity to choose a local design practice with wide ranging capabilities, for design and project management services, for building projects from concept to completion.
