Rent.com.au partners to fast track rental applications for renters

Oct. 22, 2012 - PRLog -- Australian renters are to benefit from a new partnership between leading rental property search website rent.com.au and 1Form, an on-line tenancy application process.

With rental vacancies at record low levels in many states of Australia, competition for properties sees renters having to apply for several properties before securing a property.
A renter's survey conducted in September this year by rent.com.au found that 39% of renters applied for 4 or more properties, with 12% having applied for 10 or more. This would normally mean having to complete a separate tenancy application form for each one.

"The paperwork involved in looking for a rental can be a headache for renters, and we are pleased to make the process of applying for properties on rent.com.au a whole lot simpler through our partnership with 1Form," said Mark Woschnak, CEO of rent.com.au

This new tenancy application process means that renters need only complete one application form, which can then be used for multiple applications, and kept for future use. This will make life a lot easier for the millions of renters visiting the rent.com.au website each year.

The partnership between rent.com.au and 1Form means renters need only to click on the Apply button located on the rental listings on rent.com.au and use their existing application form. If they are not an existing user they can sign up straight away for free.
