Spam - The What, Why & How To Avoid It.

How Do You Get The Word out About your Company with out Spamming your Social Network? Let me show you...

Oct. 23, 2012 - PRLog -- The Ingredient label on a can of generic spam states “Mechanically Separated Chicken, Pork, Water, Salt, Corn Syrup,….” - I like the way the word “Mechanically” is used here.  Fitting isn’t it?  Many of us use a “Spam Box” to separate our “chicken” n “pork” mail from the “Steak”, but let me ask you this… Have you ever wondered how often your information ends up as “mechanically separated chicken ? Probably way more than you think!

The Merriam Webster Free Online Dictionary defines Spamming as sending the same message indiscriminately to (large numbers of recipients) on the Internet.

Onlineslangdictionary.com defines Spamming in several bullet points:
♦ >> Noun
● unsolicited advertisements sent in bulk via e-mail.
● advertisements posted in any inappropriate place on the internet (blog comments, discussion forums, etc.)
● any excessive quantity of communication in a medium that isn't appropriate for it. For example, sending hundreds of lines of nonsense in a chat-room.
● multiple copies of an identical or nearly-identical message sent to a large number of internet discussion groups.
● off-topic messages posted to an internet forum.
● multiple copies of a message sent to a discussion forum.
♦ >> Verb
● to send or post "spam" as described in the noun senses.

Wikipedia has an article titled Social networking spam that says this type of spam “is spam directed at users of internet social networking services such as MySpace, Facebook or LinkedIn. Users of social networking services can send notes, that may include embedded links to other social network locations or even outside sites, to one another.
This is where the social network spammer comes in. Utilizing the social network's search tools, he/she can target a certain demographic segment of the users, or use common fan pages or groups to send notes to them from an account disguised as that of a real person. Such notes may include embedded links to pornographic or other product sites designed to sell something.”

In a YouTube video Called Network Marketing Spam - Save Yourself From Being Spammed! ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7gfmP3rjEk)  By Divana Alcheva,  Divana talks about “Old School” NetWork Marketing vs. Attraction Network Marketing like this…

“…The Internet can be a powerful tool for your business. There is a whole new science called Attraction Network Marketing that uses the Internet as a tool. You can significantly improve your overall MLM business results by knowing about it. You can even create multiple streams of income while building your Network Marketing, but you've got to know how and what is right and what's wrong to do.
…The Internet puts you 3 feet away from the whole world but in 3 seconds if you are not doing the right thing you can completely ruin every chance from being successful.”

Direct, Right!  But So True, though.

There are several ways to PROMOTE your business or opportunity with out SPAMMING. For instance, write an article that takes a look into the company or founder itself or share how your product either solves an issue, answers a question or helps your audience improve their life in some way, shape, or form.  These are just two duplicatable suggestions that have worked for those who are already VERY successful in the industry.

There are so many more methods to use, but where do you find them?  What key words do you use in your Google search?  You could take a college course, but who has time to wait that long for money making knowledge you need today? There are Adult Education courses available in your area, but which ones do you take & how do you figure the long term ROI (return on investment) for a 12hr course spread out over 2 weeks. (If you are REALLY new - where do you find out what ROI & other common terms in the business world mean?)

Jason Spurlock of Network Marketing VT (the VT stands for Virtual Training) states, “We have a saying here in Network Marketing VT [that says], "Although we're affordable, everything we do here is Top Tier." That means that when you join the NMVT community, you'll be running a business for yourself  but never by yourself.”

That is the kind of support I’m looking for & you should be too.
So How do they offer such a personal & connected support sytem?

NMVT features at least 6 live training events each and every week to help you maximize your income regardless of your skill level or experience. Every Monday through Thursday at 11:35 am Eastern Standard Time (New York City) , they host what they call a “Wake Up To Success” call, featuring Jason Spurlock himself. This call has already become very popular in the industry, primarily because of the valuable content and discussion each day, but also due in part to Mr. Spurlocks southernly charmed & animated persona. There are already over 50 hours of Wake Up content already archived and available in the back office. They also host a live “Performance Coaching Series” and  “Lead Generation & Marketing” webinars each Tuesday and Thursday evening at 8:30 pm EST.

These calls are only part of it! I think the thing that impressed me the most about this system was the “Open Door” Policy among the leadership.  Numbers & emails are given out regularly! You are encouraged to call & get to know your teams personally & you are shown how to duplicate it all because they interact the same way with you.

You see, I am a passionate single WAHM (work at home mom) who believes in what I do, why I do it & that I have the skills to do it, but I needed REAL SUPPORT FROM REAL PEOPLE…. I also needed NEW information.  Remember how “Old School” techniques can hurt your ability to move forward in the “New World” of Online Marketing & Social Networking?  Well, I suggest that the techniques may be out of place, but the Skills are not.  I am a member of the NMVT Community  because, Jason Spurlock & each member of the leadership team at NMVT demonstrate this in every interaction by presenting themselves as real people who love what they do & have made a ton of genuine friendships sharing that passion worldwide.

I hope that you have found this information helpful & If you would like to connect with this community as well, I would love to introduce you.  Contact me here: http://ibourl.com/15fb or Feel free to contact me directly &....

As Always,
:) Best Successes - Paige
