The network develops, produces, distributes, syndicates and airs original web series programming for this audience, and decidedly serves a group of women who are often overlooked within mainstream media.

“As a Black woman who has worked at both mainstream and niche media outlets for more than 15 years, it has always been my passion to find a space for women of color to see themselves,” says Elayne Fluker, Founder and CEO of “Now, it's no longer about finding a space, it's about creating a space, and is a space where women of color don't have to worry about their images being mishandled as we often see on far too many reality shows today. Instead, they can visit to be enticed, entertained and honored through programming that they can relate to as multi-faceted women with myriad interests and compelling stories.”

With original web series that target Black and Latina women in particular, content reflects her interests as fashionista, foodie, mom, entrepreneur, career woman, intellectual, partner, powerhouse and much more! Although the on-demand network makes sure to include a variety of nationalities in its programming (one look at the current shows on the network illustrates a diverse group of women who are featured), Fluker says the goal is to uniquely serve an unmet need for the target audience, an audience that has an ever-growing buying power, that studies show over indexes on video consumption, and that responds in great numbers to targeted content. These audiences are what Stephen Palacios of Cheskin Added Value called, “the intercultural new mainstream,” citing that they are growing and evolving at a rate that outpaces other consumer markets.

IN HER SHOES - Through moment-in-the-life interviews, host Tai Beauchamp (E! WHITE NOISE - A smart, fashion-focused reality show, starring former-model-turned-businesswoman Tamiko White, who is the owner of White Noise showroom, in NYC. We follow Tamiko as she collaborates with her international designer clients, and works hard to manage her glamorous life and her love life.

DINE OUT - A fun, food and travel show, hosted by personal chef and food blogger Bren Herrera of, who offers her flavorful mix of style and knowledge of cuisine as she travels the world sampling her favorite foods and interviewing top chefs.
