Oct. 18, 2012 - PRLog -- Lennar announces a Great Home Giveaway Golf Contest! Saturday, October 20, 2012 at the Plantation Lakes community in Millsboro, DE 100 contestants will take a swing to hit a hole in one. The first one to make the shot wins a new, 2-bedroom Bellhaven townhome less than 30 minutes from the Delaware beaches.

“Our Plantation Lakes community really makes you feel like you’re on vacation as soon as you’re here,” said Brian McManus, the community’s Director of Operations. “The golf holes are an added bonus. It would be great if someone makes the shot and we could give them a home.”

Male contestants tee off from 150 yards and females from 135. The person who lands closest to the hole walks away with a Caribbean cruise. Every contestant receives a $5 Starbucks gift card. “We love being in Millsboro. This is a fun event to have with the city and hopefully put someone in a new home,” said Division President Rod Hart.
