Healing Touch Charlotte massage therapists claim Code of Ethics

Turner, owner of Healing Touch Charlotte, Inc. massage center announced in his blog at http://www.healingtouchcharlotte.com/blog/ that all massage therapists at Healing Touch Charlotte uphold the highest standards of professionalism in accordance with Code of Ethics.

David Turner states, “People might have a better idea about what to expect from a massage therapist. Professional massage therapists must accept responsibility to do no harm to the physical, mental and emotional well-being of self, clients, and associates. Professional massage therapists must refrain from engaging in any sexual conduct or sexual activities involving their clients in the course of a massage therapy session. These are some of the standards massage therapists should adhere to in their work. At our office we have The Code of Ethics displayed on the wall as a promise to our clients.”

The Healing Touch Charlotte’s displayed Code of Ethics is a summary statement of the standards of conduct that define ethical behavior for the massage therapist. Adherence to the Code is a prerequisite for admission to and continued membership in the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
