Salford Employer of the Year, JMC IT, To Seek Out Local Talent at the Salford Business Expo
IT support firm, JMC, will present an exhibition and seminar at business expo and reach out to local talent.
Exhibiting and presenting a seminar at the Salford Business Expo, the IT partner will showcase its skills and expertise in order to meet and attract highly-skilled talent from the area keen to join a commercially successful organisation and a recognised great employer.
Featured 23rd in the Sunday Times Best Small Company to Work For list and with a highest three-star rating from Best Companies, JMC has already employed two new staff over the last quarter and hopes to take on an additional three employees this year.
This included a significant project with Your Housing, formed during the merger earlier this year of Harvest Housing Group and Arena Housing.
Managing director, Andrew Burgess, says: "We are proud to be part of the Salford community and events like the Salford Business Expo are a great opportunity to give something back to the city and introduce ourselves to some keen, new talent.
"We are fortunate to have accomplished some astounding business achievements this year and we are now in a position to drive sales to the next level. Our 90-strong team are what makes the business so successful, so we see this event as a great opportunity to create jobs in the city and find some high-quality professionals to grow even further."
JMC is hosting a free seminar at the Salford Business Expo on Cloud Computing, which will take place at 11.30am.
