Stadia Trustees launches The Property SIPP

The Property SIPP provides a highly flexible, tax-efficient vehicle for property investment, giving investors the opportunity to purchase commercial property at the competitive yearly administration fee of £550 +VAT for the SIPP and £250 +VAT per property*.

Stadia Trustees’ new service is tailored to suit those who wish specifically to invest in commercial property, such as business premises, industrial units or hotels, as well as offering them the option of borrowing to help with the purchase, subject to restrictions.

The Property SIPP is particularly suitable for business owners who can use the Property SIPP to create not only long-term savings but also release the net value of their commercial property into their business.  Under the scheme, the company’s premises are purchased by the SIPP, releasing cash into the business. Rent paid by the company to the SIPP then acts as an investment return to the SIPP.**
