Dr. Leigh-Davis is Bringing Sexy Back

Dr. Leigh-Davis debates retiring from reporting the news, and emulating Dr. Ruth, as her new book on sex, “Geisha Goddess,” is released.

Oct. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- The Romney-Obama debate brought an increase in Dr. Leigh-Davis’ popularity, because she was much in demand as a political pundit and legal analyst. Trending were news stations firing young, hot, anchorwomen on the spot; and many last minute replacements were made with the more-seasoned elders of the past. Of course, Dr. Leigh-Davis was one of the veterans called and she found herself not only covering the Romney | Obama debate, but also, she was working 24/7 covering the post debate events. “I was expecting to concentrate on being a sex expert and celebrity reporter, when I was ‘pulled back in’ to where I started: news & politics,” explained Dr. Leigh-Davis on Fox news.

Although politics is in the air as the next presidential election is upon us, a lot of news people feel this is just the trend of the moment and it is only a matter of time before we are again inundated by celebrity news, which is why Dr. Leigh-Davis is continuing with her original plan to focus on being the successor sexpert to Dr. Ruth. Dr. Leigh-Davis expounded, “I am an anthropologist, and sex therapy is my area of interest. Speaking on sex was a natural progression. Celebrity reporting was something I was hired to do, and then, it took over my life like a drug [joking].” With her book “Success Living” being rereleased; some would have thought Dr. Leigh-Davis was focused on becoming the next big life coach. “I am open to all avenues, but I think my forthcoming book “Geisha Goddess” has been what I am preparing for the most,” Dr. Leigh-Davis concluded.

Being an expert on sex issues has become so popular, a new word has been formulated for these sex pundits who are now referred to as: sexperts. Many are in the running for taking over Dr. Ruth’s throne when she retires, but Dr. Leigh-Davis is one of the few turning down other work to focus on this prize. Dr. Leigh-Davis clarified, “The political climate had nothing to do with my change of direction. Rather it was just time to have more fun and focus on sex & life inspiration.”

Dr. Leigh-Davis is a retired attorney, anthropologist, and popular TV & media personality, who regularly appears as a legal analyst and legal correspondent on NBC news, CNN and Fox news. She is also the former host of the Court TV television show, “The Court is in Session.” Dr. Leigh-Davis’ recent book, “Quotes from the 1960's: Sex, Love and Rock & Roll,” is now available on Amazon.
