Math For Kids Abacus Lessons Now Prepared Everyday By Private Tutors Solving Problems With Games

Oct. 1, 2012 - PRLog -- "Over and above the five strategic objectives that Mohit and Naina have to develop and improve the Math Genie abacus math for kids and reading genie programs in a variety of ways, they also face a number of challenges that they have to conquer.  One of the challenges that needs to be met is the retention of the their University qualified teachers who have also been trained on the Math Genie way of teaching abacus math and reading genie syllabi to the children. These teachers are being employed elsewhere, other than at the Math Genie schools, due to their exposure and experience of the Math Genie programs and teaching methods. These teachers are not only being lost to schools in the state of New Jersey but are being offered teaching posts and being permanently employed in schools throughout the United States of America".

"Mohit and Naina Jain know that it takes a many months for a recently qualified teacher to learn the syllabi for both the abacus math and reading genie programs and to then be able to teach those syllabi successfully to the children at any of the two Math Genie schools. In order to reduce the time taken by newly qualified teachers, who receive employment at the Math Genie schools so that teachers are retained by the Math Genie educational system at the Math Genie schools, Mohit and Naina are working on refining their teachers training program to shorten that amount of time that it takes the teachers to learn and apply the programs. Once the other three schools have been built and are operational in new locations, more growth opportunities will open up for the Math Genie teachers which will allow the newly qualified teachers to take on more strategic responsibilities and in doing so will help Mohit and Naina retain these newly appointed teachers with 0in the Math Genie system".

"Another challenge that Mohit and Naina face is that they need to guard against growing too fast and diluting the Math Genie culture. Many of the parents of the children that are enrolled in the Math Genie schools need to travel upto thirty miles, one way, for their kids to attend the abacus math classes and reading genie classes. One of the parents who moved to London in the United Kingdom but made sure that she her child attended the related Math Genie classes when the parent returned to New Jersey for her vacations in order for her son to finish both the abacus math for kids and reading genie courses. Therefore the Math Genie management are under a great deal of ‘parent’ pressure to open more locations. These new Math Genie schools will be built in the near future".
