Each week their well-informed overlords release various ‘Top 10’ lists covering everything from generally high performing apps to Top 10 gaming new releases. August and early September were real big hitters in terms of new gaming releases (is it because the kids went back to school and need something to make it through the day? Who knows)

Great for Android newbies and folks wanting basic apps with niche functions. Great for group work and one of the paid apps we buy into because of its simplicity and functionality.

Basically an app version of those websites where users answer market research questions and test products for cash. And, as with those websites, it seems users need to clock a fair bit of time before any real cash flows through. Still, if you’ve got the time to twiddle your thumbs on the bus, why not earn a few quid?

   Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation

Never mind the Playstation 3 or Xbox 360, the future of gaming is all about going mobile. Apparently. Whatever your weapon of choice, this is billed by users as one of the best first person shooters out there.

180 single player challenges make this one of the most promising games for fans wanting more than just a cursory bit of game play.
