This is why most of us have a mobile phone with the capability to roam and call when and where we please. The iPhone and AT&T really base the individual on the unique agreement among the two. AT&T has no motivation to give better rates to iPhone customers because they cannot go anywhere else. Roaming expenses and fees for the iPhone are substantial. This is a disadvantage to the iPhone and also users have found a way to unlock these iPhones so they can be used on other mobile phone networks. The Apple Company set itself up for this one, and until the exclusivity is eliminated, users will simply keep breaking every code and update that Apple releases.

Apple has been creating computer systems and mobile devices for many years now. You would have thought that they would put a little more effort into studying the effects on customers. Also storage, battery life span, and affordable cell phone plans would have on great deal on customers satisfaction. I anticipate a decrease in the iPhones popularity due to these issues. Users will keep having a field day with unlocking iPhones until the agreement between AT&T and The Apple Company ends, or it gets sent to the legal courts. It will be exciting to see how battery issue turns out in court. There is a disadvantage to the iPhone and The Apple Company has done little to fix it.
