Sept. 22, 2012 - PRLog -- Chef Dusty comes to the 5th Street Bistro from the West part of North Carolina, bringing an arsenal of knowledge and ideas. While living in Washington for the last two years, Dusty has found a new love for sea kayaking. When he's not out on the water, he is enjoying time at home with his 6-year-old daughter, Hailie, and he wife Claire. Chef Dusty puts out amazing food while staying true to his passion for local and fresh ingredients. Watch for Dusty's highly anticipated Majestic shrimp and grits.

The 5th Stree Bistro is located in The Majestic Inn and Spa, which has been beautifully restored to its original grandeur. The historic Majestic Inn and Spa, located in the heart of downtown Anacortes WA, is the ideal location for shopping, hiking or simply relaxing.
