Sept. 21, 2012 - PRLog -- Primary Capital Ltd. has merged with First Pacific Oil & Gas Corp. on June 6, 2012 and a reverse stock split of 100 to 1 with First Pacific Oil & Gas Corp has been agreed. 100 shares of First Pacific Oil & Gas Corp. per 1 share of Primary Capital Ltd.  
Primary Capital Ltd. is listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
There ticker symbol is: PRIM.BH
