BizLibrary Concludes ALIGN 2012 Client Conference

Sept. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- St. Louis – BizLibrary’s 5th annual Align Client Conference will conclude today after two full days of keynote presentations, breakout sessions and special events. With over 130 attendees, this was the largest conference ever hosted by the leading employee training and development solutions provider, and was an extremely successful event.

“We have been extremely happy with the success of this year’s conference,” said BizLibrary President and CEO Dean Pichee. “Not only have we had the highest turnout in conference history, I think we have had the most rewarding and beneficial keynotes and breakout sessions as well. We are very grateful to all of those who presented at the conference and are also grateful to every individual attendee. We’ve enjoyed getting to know current and potential clients, and we hope that everyone present felt that their time at the conference was just as rewarding.”

The first event on today’s schedule is the President’s Address with Pichee. This is followed by six breakout sessions with BizLibrary staff. Presenters of these sessions include: Chris Osborn, Shannon Kluczny, Jessica Batz, Brian Roemer and Pichee.

Osborn’s session, BizLibrary Partner Forum, will cover marketing best practices, effective marketing collateral and how to quickly legitimate sales opportunities for BizLibrary’s products and services.  A session on growing smarter companies will concurrently be hosted by Batz and Kluczny. This session will discuss how to use BizLibrary to maximize formal and informal learning. It will cover the newest enhancements and features within the company, including the new look to the streaming video library and enhancements to BizLibrary’s award-winning LMS.

Most important, these developments and our continuing success and awards are truly a reflection of our outstanding client support and feedback. “

Another new BizLibrary development will be covered in Pichee’s session: Performance. Attendees will learn how to make on-going employee performance feedback a part of company culture, ways to use Performance to track and measure goals, and how Performance can support efforts to improve employee performance.

“Performance is an example of how we have taken feedback from our clients and created exactly what they were asking for,” said Pichee. “Our clients have been telling us how much they need help with performance management, and now we are able to offer a solution. This session covering the Performance program will show clients exactly how to get maximum benefits from our new program. “

Roemer, the Technology Solutions Specialist for BizLibrary, will host a final session on custom content development. This session will provide foundational information about AICC and SCORM, how to make and use a storyboard for your courses, tips and tricks for uploading your own content into BizLibrary’s LMS, and a Q&A from clients.

The last event today is the annual awards luncheon where BizLibrary will proudly recognize the 2012 BizLibrary Award Winners. The innovative group of companies and individuals being recognized has leveraged BizLibrary solutions to move their organizations forward and impact the industry as a whole.
