The presentation addressed the increasing tension between the discovery process in the U.S. courts and blocking statutes and privacy laws in many countries that prevent disclosure of information in U.S. litigation. Jones Day applied for and received one hour of Continuing Legal Education credits. Jean-Paul Boulee, Jamila Hall and Jenaine Cone Metcalf of Jones Day also participated in the presentation, which was delivered to Jones Day attorneys and their clients.
