Miller Homes Puts The Kettle On For Macmillan's Biggest Coffee Morning

Sept. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- Miller Homes is putting the kettle on for visitors to its Stretton Glen development, when the housebuilder takes part in Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning.

Homeowners on the development in Great Glen and members of the local community are invited to drop into the marketing suite from Friday 28 September to Sunday 1 October for a cup of tea or coffee and a slice of cake, in exchange for a small donation to Macmillan. The doors to the marketing suite will be open from 10am to 5pm and all are welcome to help boost Miller Homes’ fundraising efforts.

The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is Macmillan’s biggest fundraising event. Last year an estimated 2.6 million people took part, raising over £8 million, which has been used to support cancer patients and their families during and after treatment. This year Macmillan hopes to raise even more and Miller Homes wants to help the charity reach its target.

Stretton Glen is one of several new homes developments across Miller Homes’ East Midlands region, which are taking part in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning.
