Why is ID46 Chip Locked - tips for solving the problem

Sept. 7, 2012 - PRLog -- So many people says why is id46 chip locked , may be most people find the same problems ,we know that in obd2 tools there are many different chips for example , the toyota, bmw , benz and some other key chips .
