-- Jupiter Hotels, a hotel chain operating 26 Mercure branded hotels across the UK has implemented Albany ePAY from the pioneering developer of electronic payment and collection solutions, Albany Software. The decision comes as the hotel group makes its preparations for HMRC’s Real Time Information (RTI) and looks to consolidate its disparate finance systems and processes into one integrated, flexible and compliant solution. By implementing the solution, Jupiter Hotels anticipates time-savings of at least two hours per month and £18,000 per annum.
An Albany customer for over 20 years, the business has leisure facilities within 16 of its hotels and as such, was in need of an efficient system to collect 7,500 Direct Debit payments from members across the clubs. It also required a system to streamline payroll and supplier payments across the company, facilitated from its Head Office in High Wycombe, but accessible to all Hotel Managers as appropriate. These requirements led Jupiter Hotels to select Albany ePAY; an innovative, easy-to-use and cost-effective solution to manage monthly payments and collections.
