Albany ePAY allows FM Conway to approve and submit supplier and staff payments remotely and securely from multiple locations. To complete this overhaul, they will be adding the collection of Direct Debits - managing all their Bacs transactions from one solution.
FM Conway delivers vital services in transportation, the built environment and open spaces for communities and business. With over 50 years’ experience in the civil engineering and highway maintenance industry, servicing over 17 London Boroughs, FM Conway offers services such as highway, bridge and lighting maintenance. They also offer a unique service, whereby all material excavated from the roads is recycled, eliminating the need to use landfill sites; something no other company provides.
Andy Thomas, Financial Controller at FM Conway, comments, “We have been an Albany Software customer for 5 years now, using their ALBACSip solution for bulk Bacs supplier payments and salaries. We required a solution that would continue to be effective in processing over 1,000 monthly suppliers payments and our 1,000 salary payments, and after seeking Albany’s advice, it seemed logical to migrate over to Albany ePAY.”
