Wasteful Consumption Patterns Live Performance Lineup Changes

Sept. 2, 2012 - PRLog -- Since inception, Wasteful Consumption Patterns (WCP) has undergone several changes in their lineup.

In 1999 when WCP was founded by DJ Korpserape, it was entirely a one man operation. The project was actually frowned upon by then Intolerance Records producer Dave Basteri, who thought it was taking the spotlight away from the band Slugwrench. And it was.

DJ Korpserape performed several underground solo shows for the Solder project.

Fast forward to 2012, nearing the release date of Khrome (WCP's second CD). Intolerance Records staff executives decide it is necessary to add performers to enhance the live shows. Thanatron session player Tombass was hired for guitar. Tig was brought on board for drums and McSatan for bass. Peterror was given the job of videographer and last but not least, Gimp. Gimp is an enigma unto himself. It has been said that Gimp was never officially hired and shows up at concerts and helps himself to the stage. Now the band members feel they can't do a show without him.

WCP is currently auditioning females to fill two roles on stage. So far results have been favorable with the hiring of some unique individuals including a fire eater and more. There must be some brave women in Ohio!
