Banayat attends Seminar for Managers and Executives

Aug. 31, 2012 - PRLog -- Makati City, Philippines - Henry James Banayat, Founder and CFO of CNII, a multinational company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, attended the Mini-MBA Seminar conducted by Ariva Events last August 29 & 30 together with other Managers and C-Level Executives from various industries, including banking, retail and sales, marketing, real estate and finance.

The Workshop was conducted by  Mr. Ricardo "Ricky" de Vera, MBA, CSP. Mr. de Vera is the Chairman Emeritus of the Philippine Marketing Association Chapters nationwide as well as the first and only Filipino who have been awarded the Certified Sales Professional distinction by the Sales and Marketing Institute of Australia/New Zealand. He is likewise a Certified International Trainor from Singapore Training Institure and the Technical Training Institute in Japan.

The goal of the seminar is for Managers and C-Level Executives to understand better and build the foundation towards business and management as a discipline; understand the critical areas of planning effectively, better delegation, effective problem solving, results-driven decision making and others; and build overall confidence in efficient and effective people and resource management.

Henry James Banayat was awarded a World-Class Achiever Award by Ariva Academy after successfully completing the mini-MBA for Managers & Executives.
