PRLog -- The Adelphi Orchestra, now in its 72nd season of "Music for All," proudly presents its season opener
Echoes of the Isles on Friday, October 10, 2025 at 7:30 PM at River Dell Middle School Auditorium (NJ) and Sunday, October 12, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Broadway Presbyterian Church (NYC).
Led by Maestro Jason Tramm, the program journeys through the musical landscapes of Scotland and the British Isles:
- Felix Mendelssohn – Hebrides Overture (Fingal's Cave), Op. 26
- Edward Elgar – Sea Pictures, Op. 37 with mezzo-soprano Laura Zahn
- Max Bruch – Scottish Fantasy, Op. 46 with violinist Blues Zhang, winner of the 2025 Adelphi Orchestra Young Artist Competition
This concert celebrates both legendary works and extraordinary emerging talent, affirming the Orchestra's mission to nurture the next generation of musician
