There are more and more wonderful ways you can add equity to the place you love by remodeling your bathrooms. The bathroom, along with the kitchen is one of the most used rooms in any home. Many people transform their bathrooms by placing a new liner and wall system in over their tub. These liners magically fit over an old bathtub, giving you an instant new look that is amazingly durable. A bath liner won't peel crack, rust or even mildew. And this is a much less invasive way to go when wanting to replace your bathtub.
• Change out your bathroom floor. New flooring is another way to help your bathroom glow. Bathroom floors tend to see a lot of water, can mildew and often are out of date. Adding a tile floor is a superior way to add tremendous value at a low cost. Tile is not expensive but the installation can be. The good news is that tile will last forever. Go with a dark green or neutral color for choice. Both will remain in style.

You can create a feeling in your bathroom with these features that reflects your style. And the best part is that many new faucets save water, which will help save you money in the days to come.
