Aug. 27, 2012 - PRLog -- 1) Armando Montelongo will probably not be at the seminar that you are attending. Instead it will be one of his highly paid presenters. (Why are these presenters highly paid? More in a second)

2) This is the same technique employed by Robert Allen, Carlton Sheets, Robert Kiyosaki and others. Not that this is a bad thing (its a great thing for them). But you should be prepared in advance. This lets them hang out on the golf course, or elsewhere, while their seminars are being conducted.

3) Bring your checkbook or credit card. Why? This is how the highly paid presenters get highly paid (point #1). You see you will need to plop down hundreds to thousands of dollars for the training course.

4) Do you like to cold call people? I only ask because this is how you will be contacting the people with the properties. You will be convincing them to let you be a middle man in transactions where (guess who) will make most of the money. Unless, of course, YOU have the money to purchase the properties initially before flipping them. (Let's hope you can sell it after you buy it).

5) By the way, some states actually frown upon this practice and won't let you do it. How many people will you call before you strike pay dirt? Not sure, but you better get back on the phone because you just raided your bank account to pay for that expensive course.
