TERMS OF SERVICE

a. We will save your progress unless you become 2 weeks or more in arrearages.
b. If you are taking advantage of the chauffer services there will be no stops to and from the
studio. Any extra miles will be billed at $5 a mile and must be paid at the time of service.
c. Studio sessions will be by appointment only and you must be on time. Any cancelations will
result in being charged for the studio time that was reserved for the appointment. Only
exceptions are cancelations with 48 hours’ notice or more.
d. You cannot book any more time than what your monthly premium allows at a cost of $50.per
studio hour. Additional time can be purchased at a lower rate according to your plan.
e. 1st months premium due at signing
f. Youngstown Music Studio reserves the right to change the terms of service at any given time
without notice
