SNAP Registration@ SNAP 2012 on Dec 16, registration to end on Nov 20

Aug. 25, 2012 - PRLog -- Symbiosis International University has announced the date of SNAP 2012 for admission for the academic year 2013-15. The exam will be held on Sunday, December 16. The registration process has begun and the last date to register is November 20. The exam will be held in 30 cities across India.

Registration

To register, one has to visit the official website of SNAP 2012, www.snaptest.org. The registration fee is Rs 1,550. One has to apply for the institutes separately. Admit card will be available from Monday, December 3 to Sunday, December 16.

B-schools accepting SNAP scores

Seventeen institutes under Symbiosis International University will accept SNAP 2012 scores. Besides, eight institutes under the Faculty of Management Studies will accept the scores for the MBA programs. These B-schools are Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Symbiosis Center for Management & Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management (SITM), Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management (SIOM) and Symbiosis School of Banking Management (SSBM).

Structure, duration & pattern of SNAP test

SNAP is a paper-pencil-based test having duration of two hours. Total marks of the paper are 180. There are four sections -- General English (reading comprehension, verbal reasoning and verbal ability), Quantitative (data interpretation & data sufficiency), General Awareness (general knowledge, current affairs, business scenario) and Analytical & Logical Reasoning.  

The difficulty level of the paper ranges from easy to moderate. SNAP 2011 was held on Sunday, December 18.
