Meyda Lighting is one of America's leading and oldest manufacturer of custom and decorative lighting. Meyda Lighting is still a family-run business started almost 36 years ago.  

As Meyda Lighting has grown and evolved their goal continued goal has been to offer Tiffany styled products made more affordable for a broader market.   Many of the Meyda designs are Made in the USA and still assembled at their Yorkville, New York studio, but now Meyda Lighting works with several small overseas stained glass studios.  At these overseas studios, the Meyda designers work closely with them to assure the high level of quality that Meyda Lighting customers have come to expect.

Meyda designs are inspired by the works of Louis Comfort Tiffany, Dirk Van Erp, Gustav Stickley, with designs based on the Arts and Crafts, Rustic, Gothic, Revival and Contemporary themes. Meyda lighting has an extensive line of designs.  At this time Hametownshoppes has divided the Meyda Lighting collection into the following:

 table and floor lamps
 stained glass windows
 fireplace screens
 seasonal novelty items

Many of the Meyda designs are ready to be shipped upon ordering and other designs are custom ordered and will require often times a 30 day notice to be produced.  At this time Hametownshoppes will be working closely with the customer as well as Meyda Lighting to facilitate accommodating payment plans for these customized orders
