“We’ve been seeing an increase in requests for gluten-free dishes. By accommodating as many guests as possible, we can ensure that everyone has a positive experience while dining with us,” explains Chef Dale Nichols.

The gluten-free menu includes a variety of items such as soups and salads, Churchill’s signature burgers served on gluten-free focaccia, sandwiches on potato millet bread, brown rice noodles with potato millet garlic bread, even some east coast comfort food. The Nova Scotia restaurant provides surrounding views of the Annapolis Basin, creating the perfect setting for an authentic Atlantic cuisine experience.
