Aug. 13, 2012 - PRLog -- ERP Guru Inc., a NetSuite solution provider, today announced that the company successfully helped a customer manage coupons and gift certificates purchased through Groupon (a third party coupon selling company) by building a customized module using NetSuite. The customer has deployed this customization to track coupon generation, coupon management and coupon use, while ensuring fair compensation through 3rd party coupon vendors.
ERP Guru’s customer had been trying to manage these processes manually for some time but found it quite challenging. Besides costs that were incurred due to excessive manual interventions by internal resources, there were a lot of errors in tracking sales and commissions, and sometimes miscalculations that lead to negative impact on earnings.
With ERP Guru’s customization integrated with NetSuite, the customer can finally benefit from these 3rd party coupon vendor programs and manage a great number of coupons while keeping track of commissions due and sales generated.
